i cant write a professional critique but i will write it as a normal post.

the vantage point in this one plus the colors of the background make the whole picture. he has an intriguing and inquisiting look, not sad but not expressing any happiness as well. the extreme detail his face and whole head is captured accentuate the important of human features in telling their stories. what captivates me is the way you chose the background, the clothing of people contrasting with the walls, in a gradient palette, also making the transition fromm the spot if light, almost like sitting on Andy's shoulder, to the darkness of the foreground. the blur of the background, making any kind of distinction impossible, tells us imperatively that all that matters in this picture is your stranger.

the concept of your stranger series is fascinating as well

way to shallow dof. looks strange when all you can see clearly is eyes :) though it's good that you focused on eyes not i.e. on nose :D

I don't really get what you mean, but I'm gonna assume you mean you already asked this question and are calling me stupid. In which case I quietly acknowledge your immaturity.

How much do you know about a person when you know his name?

That's a redundant question with the answer at the end. Also, enough to make them acquaintances.

You've requested critiquing, so I'll try.

Personally I don't think there's anything you could've done better about this photo.

Specifically, I can appreciate how you've blurred or set out of focus, all of the background. It keeps the subject in focus, specifically drawing to their eyes,
not to mention that light just to his left eye.

I apologize for such a poor critique, but you've done a good job.
