This model is very eerie. My gaze started at the chainsaw, and as I explored the rest of the photo, I got stuck on her eyes. She's so cold, lifeless, and frozen, like a doll, but her eyes hold this look of expectancy. I love her blue eyeshadow, particularly against the blue background. The way her hair falls, as well, is interesting to me. Everything about her is eye-catching in a haunting sort of way.
Which is why the guy bugged me so much at first. He's so rough compared to her and his coarseness really detracted from her beauty.
Which, I suppose, is what you were going for. So, hey, it works!
I do feel the chainsaw should have been sharper--it's sort of fuzzy, and seeing as it's kind of the focal point of the image, it seems like it should be more eye-catching.

Not a stain or imperfection anywhere on the model, the perfect figure, the cold contrast in this image has her looking crystlized almost, the shadows on her jawline and neck especially lock my attention on to the chainsaw once again

Usually I wouldn't be interested just looking at these kinds of hateful photos but realised the sad truth in many of us carrying certain emotions building up against people of the fashion world.

The model seems to be lifeless and in character even though death confronts her, who knows if she's really human at all?

We could always find out...
