Critiques
The first thing I would like to point out is how the woman is in focus but at the same time she's in the back of the photo. It's a pretty interesting way that you set up framing her with the table and window and made her the star.
You can immediately feel how proud the owner of this hotel is as she looks into the room. She probably was extremely happy to have such an accomplished photographer taking photos of her hotel. Also she looks completely natural, like you've walked up and found her deeply thinking, she was a great model.
The great amount of space in the background creates an empty space but it works. It works because of the color of her jacket. Had her jacket been any other color but a dark tone, your eye would have been lost in scenery of the room. But because she is able to stand out, your eye has something to focus on and keep returning to after exploring the details of the room.
I feel, showing the light source was very important in the photo because it brightens the photo and evens out the weight it holds. And I can't find anything to criticize you for.
