The pills, her expression... It touches me at a very personal level, as I've seen this same look in myself over years of self criticism and unobtainable ideals.

I like how the eyes almost look like they're looking at the store interior, her own reflection, and the viewer all at once. It really tells a story.

Although she is clearly young...her face looks older than her years. She almost has the face - the expression - of an old lady in a young person's body. There is also strength in that jaw and mouth. And sensuality - perhaps even artistry - around the lips. I find myself wondering if - in spite of her youth - she has had to face some serious adversity in her life...
