I dare adding some other personal thoughts about it.
The photo has many actual urban elements that anyone can find almost anywhere in the world.
The deep and contrasting colours on the floor.
The feminine stylish and fashionable hair cut.
The tattoo, the bare feet, the mini skirt (a retro fashion popular again).
The whole aesthetics is Very Good.
About the Technique what else besides that it is a Pro Photo with perfect lighting with a master use of back light framing perfectly the precise focusing of the model.
The perspective with the fugue point intentionally and perfectly positioned is the best urban frame for a very balanced whole.
I especially like the colours , one can see here - they seem to be quite natural, containing a little yellow and a green touch comming form the lights of the tube.
The colors are powerfull and rich without being over saturated - and the are essential in the compositon aswell. The glazed orange tiles make a perfect comlementary contrast to dark blue strip the models feet are lying on.
The vanishing point is hidden in a very intelligent way behind the model´s curles. She, as the obvious attraction of this shot being in the focused front, leans into the display window. I believe that she actually has a pale skin colour - which is not visable in this shot. She is farmore tinted in thie already mentioned yellowish light, bypassing the bright and dull parts of the shot.
